[Divorces; Refinances; Mortgage work; PMI Reduction;Relocation; other] 2) Jan also does "sketches" for realtors. This provides them with an accurate square footage and a detailed drawing of a residential home with specifics of the rooms (primarily for Realtors to use in brochures and marketing). Appraisal fees begin at $400; sketches begin at $150.
