Put a water heater in my crawl space that did not fit.  So he dug a whole and every time it rained the water heater was flooded and turned off.  I was forced to dig a trench and put in a sump pump, but that still did not help. The water heater failed prematurely and I used another company to put in a on-demand water heater.  I would only recommend Eagle Plumbing to my enemies.

Ken knew immediately what the problem was and he swiftly corrected the issue.  He was on site for fewer than twenty minutes, but was still thorough enough to ensure that the pump sufficiently continued to clear waste water from the basement toilet and shower.

Appointment: on time, Length of stay: less than 30 minutes, Cleanup: excellent, Overall experience: very professional.

Their price was fair. They were punctual and professional. 

Called for an estimate on installing a utility sink in the garage. Ken actually arrived earlier than scheduled, checked the situation and had the sink installed within a few hours. He had the foresight to get a faucet that came with a sprayer. I never would have thought of a sprayer - but now I see how very useful it's going to be. Ken was totally professional and did a great job. I will definitely call him again.

Overall, they were good. They showed up on time, were courteous and did a good job. They brought over a special tool for the diagnostic work. The price of $70 was not much. I would rate them highly, and they are a company I would use again in the future.

This needed to be done right away, as my tenant had no hot water. My regular plumber was already fully booked for the day so he recommended I call Eagle. Ken at Eagle was able to come out within about 2 hours. He was fast and professional. I was completely satisfied with the work.

Hot water heater died late one afternoon. Called Eagle first and got a price quote. They were very responsive and knew exactly what type of hot water heater I had and what it needed to be replaced with. Once quoted, I called around for hours trying to beat their price. I never could and called Eagle back. They were out the next morning and did a great job.

Prompt response to call. On time, professional. My shower has gone from a dribble to a geyser!
