My name is Charlene Jones. I am a Broker/REALTORĀ® with Prudential York Simpson Underwood Realty in Cary, North Carolina, a growing town ideally situated between Raleigh and the Research Triangle Park. Our intention was to move in the summer of 2011, but the housing market in NY held us captive until summer 2012. Now you would think most agents would have dropped us like a hot potato, but Charlene kept in touch with listings and info and never made us feel like a "customer". By the time we moved down we felt we had a good feel for what we were looking for.
Charlene never missed a beat, it was like no time had gone by at all. When Charlene shows you a house, she is the second set of eyes you need to have. She will point out things you may not think of yourself. I really feel that she wants to find you your perfect home, not just sell a house.
She did find us our perfect home and it was not an easy one to buy. It was a forclosure and it took time, but Charlene handled it beautifully and got us a great deal. We couldn't be happier.
