At Carolina In Home Flooring, our vision is to be a preferred residential flooring sales and installation company where quality is embedded in all we do. From sales to installation, we intend to professionally sell and install the right products at reasonable prices and commit to exceptional customer service standards. It went very well.. David Redd is excellent, he got us established, and was very professional and nice. Herman was excellent in getting the products ordered, and getting the work promptly scheduled. The gentlemen that came to install the floor were very respectful, courteous, and nice. They did excellent work, and had the carpet removed and flooring installed in 3 rooms and a hallway in one day. Very hard workers !! Herman called to follow up a few days later to make sure we were happy with the work, and to let us know to call if we ever had an issue. Would definitely recommend this company !!!!!

Love our new LVP flooring!! Looks great, competitive pricing, awesome customer service from making the appointment all the way to the guys installing the flooring. Everyone was always friendly and professional and always came when they said they would. They will even call you when they are on their way! Any questions we had along the way they were quick to respond to. I would highly recommend working with this company for your flooring needs! We will be calling them again when we get ready to do our upstairs flooring.

The sales experience was good. Going through Costco, one has to pay for the entire project up front and that is different from any other. Pretty significant miscommunication between scheduling, the crew, and the customer. The crew is efficient. The installation workmanship was decent but not stellar. The flooring itself was installed nicely but if one is picky about details, there are areas for improvement. A saw was not used to cut the quarter round, rather clippers were used. When asked about it, installers stated it was quicker which it was but it left ragged edges. The LVP was not cleaned with a vacuum cleaner but with Bruce hardfloor cleaner and a mop which left the newly installed floor hazy. We moved the furniture again ourselves, properly cleaned the floor and it looked great after. We also took care of fixing the pieces of quarter round that look especially ragged. Decent enough for the price if you don't care too much about details. For my budget and the price differential, I went with this. Would I hire again? Maybe. Only if there is a huge price differential.

Amazing Company all the way around. Herman was prompt at appt time, great samples, eager to help me get just what I wanted. Installer was amazing at promptness, skill & neatness. Carpeting is a bit pricey, but well worth it for the impeccable service from start to finish. Will be doing another bedroom very soon. Thank you for being a company I can recommend.

Could not have dealt with a more professional and courteous group. They arrived to start work when they said they would, in fact a little earlier. The carpet installation was picture perfect. The crew new what they were doing. They had to move a lot of furniture to lay the carpet and they put it back in place as it was. They even finished earlier than I anticipated. Their sales representative was very courteous, and professional. He knew his products. I will definitely use this company again.

Very well, except the crew didn't remove the old linoleum in the bathrooms and forgot to install new carpet in the hallway closets. Overall, the crew worked quickly and professionally and were careful moving the large pieces of furniture out of the bedrooms before installation and made sure it was all placed back where we wanted it.

We had a stair runner installed. Carolina In Home Flooring did an awesome job at communicating before and after installation. The installer was professional and polite and did a great job of keeping the area clean. They also followed up after install making sure I was happy. Would highly recommend and definitely would use again!

I highly recommend you use Carolina In Home Flooring. The team did a great job retrofitting 9 floor returns, replacing the metal returns the builder used with wood and even stained them to match the hardwood floors. Outstanding customer services from Kelly, Mike, Oscar and Fidel. Fidel did an amazing job, he is a craftsman for sure. Super clean, outstanding customer experience. I will definitely use them again and I recommend you hire them too.

From the get-go, our experience with Carolina carpeting was a great experience. David, their sales rep came out and measured our stairwell for carpeting and while he was there I asked him for a separate estimate to include our two bedrooms. His quote was so good, including the bedrooms, we decided to do it all. Then he showed us some samples of what we had planned on, and we ended up grading to a much more stylish look for a very nominal added price! Then the carpet layers showed up, right on time as David was, and went right to work moving furniture around and pulling up the old carpeting. They were very efficient at what they did and were as quite as Church mice! They were extremely polite and considerate to my wife and I and tried to remain out of our way. They both work non stop until the work was done and cleaned and vacuumed up any messes that might have been made. They completed their work early in the afternoon and left after they checked to see we were satisfied with their work. With all the carpeting installed, only a small remnant remained of about 2 x 3 ft piece. My wife and I are very thrilled at the new look it has given our house.

This is the second time I have used Carolina In Home Flooring to install hardwood floors. The first time (4 years ago) was to install hardwood floors in my kitchen, foyer, and powder room. This time was to install hardwood floors in my living room and dining room (which connect to the foyer and kitchen respectively). As always, they did a great job. Lonnie, the sales rep, gave me several options on how to make the old floors match with the new floors. Fidel and his team (Miguel and Francisco) installed the floors and gave me the results I wanted. I am very pleased!!

We have wood flooring throughout our lower level with the exception of 3 rooms. We wanted to get a floor that "matched" although our current floors are probably 15 years old and were sanded and stained when installed. In other words, matching them would be impossible. David came out and to assess the job and had some samples sent. We did find a color that we could eventually stain to match the current floor, but wanted to get a wider board for the other rooms as we won't be matching/staining for a while. The intent is to clearly defined the rooms and the 5in hickory planks did the job nicely. The team was prompt, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. However, there was one issue where they dinged the wall. Oscar was very prompt in responding and repairing the wall. Despite the small issue, I would highly recommend them. They do great work and were a pleasure to be around.

If you're adding wood floors to your home, you must call Carolina In Home Flooring! They were excellent! They worked well as a team! They were very professional, responsive, and attentive. I had 5" white oak flooring installed on my entire 1st floor. They measured the moisture levels several times to make sure it was conducive to the wider wood flooring. They delivered the wood in advance so it could acclimate to the conditions of my home. They communicated every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves each day. The installation pros were very professional and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with their work. At the end they put furniture back where I wanted and even attached some felt pads to furniture that was too heavy for us to lift. They always had a great attitude! The finished product is gorgeous! As a Real Estate Professional in the area, I see a lot of floors and have high expectations. These guys did not disappoint! I highly recommend!

We hired Carolina in Home to refinish about 1500 sf of hardwood floors and during their inspection of our house they were very knowledgeable and did not push anything on us that we had not requested. During the work they found that some of the floor was water damaged beyond repair which necessitated the replacement of the floor of an entire room. Because this was not in the original quote, they did not charge for the additional cost. We were amazed at the way the floors turned out and we would hire them again in an instant if we ever need any more work done on our floors.

The installation went well but it's been a nightmare since. After 2 years we have tape covering broken pieces of the floor. I don't completely blame the company as I believe this is really an issue with Shaw but no one is offering to help and it looks like I'm going to need to pay to get new floors installed after 2 years!!
