If I were to do it all over again, I would hire them to care for the lawn as well. I had a limited budget and believed I could do the usual fertilizing, weed killing, etc. I was so wrong! The weeds took over the lawn so quickly! But that was my fault. If you hire them to install a new lawn, seriously consider having them maintain it as well. They know their stuff.
