I called on Wed and thought they were coming out on Thursday.  When I called back towards closing time on Thursday they immediately set up an appointment first thing Friday morning.  Technician showed up right on time.  Spent about an hour servicing the unit.  Put in 4 pounds of freon. Total cost was 375.00.

Cleaned central heating and air units

It was an excellent experience. Doug came to the house and gave me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable about heating and cooling systems. He crawled around my crawlspace and told that I had more return vents in my house then I thought. Then he took the time to show me the returns. I had two other companies come and look and they just glanced into my crawlspace and tell me I had only one air return. He took time to explain to me about his recommendations for the house. Next, I received my quote and as soon as I returned it, they began working on installing my new air conditioner and dual fuel furnace. His work crews were very friendly, courteous and polite. They were quick and efficient. I really trust this company as it is very straight forward and honest about the heating and cooling needs for my home.

They do satisfactory work and I'm happy with them.

My boiler was leaking for several months so I decided I needed to have it replaced as it was about 35 years old. I called several companies to get price quotes. Perkins came in with the lowest bid so I called them to install a new one. They had to order it which only took a few days and whenit came in they came immediately out and installed it. They were very professional. If I ever need
to have something fixed that they service I will most likely use them again.
I have been very satisfied with their work so far. Good company to deal with. I have referred several people to them since for their work.

I would recommend them to others. They are really quick about answering my call and scheduling. I would use them again in the future.

Called company on 7/10/08 regarding my home a/c unit not cooling, company stated charges would be about $1200 to repair compressor and $3200 to replace system. Was able to get service tech to appear on 7/23 to repair compressor. Service tech worked 2.5 hours of a usual 4 hour job, according to service tech. Service ticket for repair had no pricing on parts or labor, as service tech stated that would be added at the shop. Received statement for $1200, despite labor being less than estimated, within 30 days of service, Before due date, the a/c failed withing six weeks of repair and performed as before compressor was replaced. Called company to explain problem and service was scheduled several times and cancelled due to rainy weather. Paid $600 on account 10/2/08 and did not have functioning a/c. On 4/29/09, service tech arrived to correct nonfunctioning a/c on the condition I pay balance of $600 on my account. Service tech worked two hours at $70/hr correcting problem and replaced my programmable thermostat with a nonprogrammable thermostat. I was charged $60 for a thermostat that retails at Lowe's for $29, and it was not equivalent to my original thermostat.
