Had an appointment and waited over an hour and left very dissatisfied. I had to leave to pick my daughter up. They offered no explanation or customer service support for the inconvenience and frustration. IN addition, my dog spent all that time very stressed (as most dogs are in the vet office) for nothing. They obviously do not need any new patients!
