The office personnel was very kind, courteous and professional. They were very thorough and answered any questions I had from scheduling my appointment to installation of the new spring from technician Jim Brogley. Jim was quick and efficient and made sure my door was lubed and working properly before he left. I will recommend Garage Door Specialists for services because they had always provided great customer service to me.

Excellent. The opener was installed in a very efficient and professional manner. The technician made sure both doors were in peak working order before leaving. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

It was excellent. They did have to order a part, but they were there as soon as it came in and it was fixed.

They were wonderful, and they were fairly reasonable too. I liked everything about them. They came right out. They put it right in, and then they left. I still got it and it still works. I do not find anything wrong with it.

The Garage Door Specialists were very courteous, professional, and punctual. When I made a request for an estimate, they came to my house as scheduled. I never felt pressured to purchase anything. They made no attempts to get me to purchase more expensive doors. They gave me a very specific estimate of costs and labor. When the door arrived, they installed as promised on the day requested. The costs were as estimated. Overall, excellent services- I would definitely recommend.
