Dywan demonstrated professionalism through each stage of the job. He returned my request for a bid in record time. He came out on a Saturday to review the job, answered all of our questions and gave us an accurate quote prior to leaving. He was able to meet our needs, including our desired time frame. Dywan complete the job on time (actually even a little early) and on budget . He went the extra mile to assist us with a problematic leak on our deck's roof. I was most impressed by his conscientiousness and attention to detail. Those are the things that set him apart. We plan to use his services again in the near future.
