Chuck Allen the owner was wonderful. He was prompt, came next day, very careful of house, got the entire spill up. No more salted caramel coffee smell. Would definitely recommend him to anyone and certainly use him again. Thanks Chuck?

Mark responded to short notice and arrived early ready to go. He carefully examined the carpets, explained the procedure and asked about my concerns. He then proceeded to pretreat the carpet followed by a thorough cleaning. He even gave extra attention to high traffic areas. He was very professional and extremely friendly.

It went very well!! He called and had to cancel due to mechanical problems and was very apologetic. New time was set up for the next morning at 9:00am (3/13/13). Next morning he arrives on time and I told him there was an extra chair or 2 for him to do and to add scotch guard. Not a problem and he was happy to do anything I needed him to do. Mark was very professional and friendly. I have a large house and he got straight to work. He was very thorough and moved furniture that was movable. I thought what I paid was well worth it and I will call on him in the future. He did a great job on the old carpet that I thought was so far gone. Thank you Mark for a job well done.

I found CLEAN TECH on Angie's list and decided to give it a try. Angie's list was extremely easy to maneuver around the site and very easy to understand. I quickly found out that my paid membership was worth every penny of it!
I am so delighted with the overall professionalism and quality of work this company provided that I am a walking advertisement for them. The technician, Mark arrived right on time and completed the job quickly (without taking short-cuts)!! I called to schedule an appointment on Thursday and he was at my home the following day - Friday! Mark was very polite and thorough that I instantly felt comfortable having him work in my home.
