The final result was not as promised. See details on my last report! Now I have a leaking roof and Ben does not commit to the 10 year warrantee on craftsman ship. Had to take him to court just to show up. He always agrees to fix things but never shows up...

He was not honest about anything. It took longer than stated, he ran out of material twice, and missed the quoted price. Overall it was not a good experience.

Brandon started out with a quote for the job and told us that we can pick any shingle out of his sample list.
After picking out the shingles we liked, Brandon went to order the shingles from Lowes.
He came back and told us that the price had changed and we have to pay $1250 more for the shinles we picked out as the prices at Lowes had changed. We where disappointed with the higher price but did not wanted to change our selection so we paid the extra amount.
The job started in the middle of August.
The Warranty Information outlines the process and expectations.
"We go above and beyond to make each and every detail of your home look perfect"
"We will protect decks with tarps"
"Along the sides of your home we will keep every line perfectly straight"
The Handrail to my upper deck was scuffed up and damaged as NO protection was used!
In multiple areas the shingles are not laying down!
Not all edges are straight!
Brandon Perry prommised to take care of all these areas multiple times but never finished the job!!!
After contacting the owner Ben Korte, he prommised to talk to Brandon or take care of the correction himself.
The last prommise by Ben Korte was given in November but as of today no work has been done!
I hope Ben will still take care of the correction soon and I will let you know if and when that ever happens.
Please do not give any roofing job to Brandon Perry if you want a job well done!
