Had to visit this amazing vet hospital & Dr. A while visiting NC on vacation. Although somewhat of emergency situation, they got us in the next morning & even allowed me to accompany my dog which is rare during COVID! Dr. A, thank you for running bloodwork to ease my mind! Thank you as well for seeing Rocco so quickly! Your care, compassion & hospital were amazing with both Rocco and myself and I can’t thank you enough!

service & care were good but was grossly overcharged and after 2 or 3 visits changed vets. Small dog was not sick, just routine visits.

Great! Vet and staff are excellent. Patient, professional, and courteous. Banfield at Pet Smart had told me I would need to have my dog sedated to trim his nails because he is hard to handle. That was a cost of $225. Joe, who is the groomer was confident he could do it. He is a magician with animals. He took my dog to his work area and was back in 5 minutes. I thought he had been unable to do it, but he said he was through. Unbelievable! And the cost was $14.95. I would highly recommend Pet Docks to anyone.

The office is run extremely efficiently. They saw us outside and checked our dog in while he was relieving himself. The office, tech and vet were all very friendly and professional. Our dog had a through exam and a conference after blood work was done. We feel his health care is in good hands here!

Everything was handled calmly and professionally. New dog can be a handful but there wasn't any sign of stress on their part. They did take her to the back to check some things but in the room.

Dr. Worell is the veterinarian. They are very punctual. His former staff had made a big unprofessional mistake on one of my animals. They were dismissed. However, his new staff is great. Their price is probably in line with that of everybody else.
