Superb job, excellent, professional, and very friendly

Isolated the leak and actually found joint where leak occurred. Very personable and professional.

We chose to replace our 20 yr old well pump in conjunction with having a new geothermal heat pump installed. Since Warren lives nearby and had performed well work for the previous owner of our home, we knew that he was familiar with our existing system. He procured a new submersible well pump for us and replaced all the related pipes, wiring and seals on the well. He tested everything and cleaned up. The job was completed in just a few hours. He was prompt and professional. We would recommend him to anyone needing similar services.

Attention to detail was less than expected. Got in a hurry at end of job. I supplied the faucets. More expensive than anticipated based on hidden costs (other materials).

Great, He showed up within 30 minutes (he lives at least 20 minutes away), and had the sillcock replaced and water back on to the house in another 30 minutes. Very reasonable pricing for a emergency call.

Went very well. Warren provided estimate over phone based on description of job. We scheduled the work for Friday of that week when I planned to be in PKS for the weekend. Job went as expected, completed in about 1.5 hrs and actual cost was right in the middle of the range initially quoted. Overall, very pleased with work Warren and team did and will for sure use them in the future.

Called Koch on Wednesday and we decided the best time was Thursday 8:30 am. Arrived on time (actually a little early). Showed him my concerns and after a little discussion decided the best, least expensive way for repairs. During the inspection he checked my 28 year old water heater and found terminal wear. He and crew came back on Friday morning. Completed repairs and cleaned up behind themselves all before noon. He was always friendly, professional and informed me of each step they were taking. Even called me back on Friday night to inquire if everything was to my satisfaction.
I have not had the pleasure of dealing with a service person of this quality in a long time. I am in the process of doing some renovations in my home and whenever needed, Koch Plunbing will be called. You can't miss with this one.

Went great = highly recommended. Our house lost hot water during my kid's bath on the evening of 3/25. I called Koch Plumbing from work at ~3 pm on 3/26, based on (1) reviews read here, and (2) their proximity to our place in Beaufort. I didn't insist on 'emergency' service and Warren didn't make any promises, but he did say that they'd try to stop by since the house didn't have hot water. The two-man crew was having a busy day.
At ~5:40 they called to say they could fit us in; the made it from Newport to our place ~6:15 and set right to work with diagnosis and troubleshooting. The chatter was affable and informative. Two elements were changed out, and a switch and settings were adjusted. Handling the invoice was quick, and they rolled on to the next job about the time the burgers came off the grill. Hot water flows again.
Last comment is just style points for Koch: I think it's good for the community when your business is based MHC and you sport the West Carteret Patriots gear. Well done.

Called on a Tues and received a response that afternoon, scheduled an appt for that Thurs at 9:30.AM. I received a call about 9AM saying they were running about a half hour late and would this be okay. They arrived, I showed them the area and replacement pieces. They both were polite, completed the work, cleaned up the area. Very professional, I certainly would use them again and would feel comfortable recommending this team.

Koch came within 45 minutes. Sent 2 men who were knowledgeable , polite and professional. They did not try to install anything that was not necessary. very pleased with emergency response and price.
