It was expensive because I added the tile. I had a sunroom put in, and the kitchen and the sunroom were all tiled. I had an independent contractor, my nephew, that laid the tile, but they did the countertops in one afternoon. I paid $6,000 for the countertops and tile. My nephew laid the tile, and that was less expensive than hiring somebody. I didn?t realize that the tile was so expensive.
