Description of Work: Replaced heat pump and air handler. They were exremely helpful in explaining the different configurations and costs associated with each option and in making me feel very comdfortable with my final selection. I had checked around and found him competitive. The owner Gary Riggs did the installation and I am very pleased. He did a thorough job. I had requested turn key with no surprises. Gary surveyed the job prior to installation and added additional services to make the installation more efficient and most of all more durable at no charge. He did find an unexpected problem which he also corrected at no charge. He was patient and extremely up front with all my questions prior and during the work. |I would not hesitate to recommend Carolina Heating and Gary Riggs.

Description of Work: I used Carolina Heating & Cooling and they put in our air conditioning. They were here about a year ago and this time it was for a small job but they did install a new air conditioner in this house. The last time they came out it was about $300.00 for the replacement of a part that was not under warranty.
