America's Mattress

My bed frames have always rattled.  A slump then developed in my mattress after 2 years.  When I called to complain about the bed frames, he came out to see what the problem was.  He called the bed frames pieces of junk and said they were not his bed frames.  He asked for a receipt to prove that I bought them from him.  I faxed the receipt to him and then he blamed the rattling on the wheels that he says were not his.  They were his.  They have also been out to look at the mattress since Serta made them come out.  If the mattress doesn't show a sink of 1.5 inches, they say it is a good mattress.  It doesn't show a sink unless you are on the bed.  He would not get on the bed to see how much it slumped.  It turns out that he didn't even submit the claim to Serta.  I had to submit the claim myself.  Since then I have called them many times for them to fix or replace my bed frames that rattle.  They have told me that they will come out to check them, but they never do.  They are not good for their word and neither is Serta.
