All Star Exteriors LLC

Started out with lengthy delay with materials and a trailer parked on premises against HOA policy.  Did the roof in two days and noticed new felt paper just ripped along edges with bare wood exposed (had to ask to correct) and no drip edging.  Once complete is when the problems occurred.  Satellite dish left hanging off roof, debris and left over shingles left IN garage (from other jobs as well since the singles did not match).  Parked trucks on lawn against HOA policy - broke mailbox pole.

 Company talked the tenant into sub-leasing unit to workers against contract provisions (before work began).  Workers trashed the home - numerous large and deliberate holes in drywall, burn marks in carpet, kitchen counter tops gouged with a knife (require replacement) plus basic filth throughout (refrigerator left with food rotting inside).  Did not pay agreed rent payments to tenant and skipped out on electric, gas, water, and lawn maintenance bills.  They are taking no responsibility for the damages - which are all backed up with photos.

When confronted, Manager of All Star Exteriors (who personally stayed there prior to work beginning) was belligerent and says the air conditioning did not work - I personally called repairman who showed within 4 hours to repair - turned out there was nothing wrong with unit, the doors/windows left open and the unit could not keep up.  Then he said heat did not work - I was never informed of any problem, but after they left we found it was turned off!  How this justifies skipping out on bills and trashing a home I don't know.

All Star Exteriors is a very disreputable company and I would not do business with - ever!
