Technician David Grant arrived promptly and was extremely polite and professional. We walked the propery and he made suggestions and recommendations, but there was never any hard sell of services or products. We have just taken over maintenance of a family property, so I knew and was expecting some of the recommendations made. The property was treated inside and out for pests, and the termite technician is scheduled just tree days from now to do all the remaining work to include termite treatment, and installation of vents and moisture barrier in a very small crawlspace. I have no doubt that the work will be finished as scheduled.. I recommend this company and am pleased to turn over pest treatment to them.
