Advanced Roofing Co

It was very difficult to communicate with this company. I got the impression that my job was too small for them. Rarely did anyone answer the phone; instead, we left voice messages and someone would call back at their convenience. After about a week they sent someone to examine the job. When we did not hear from them in a week, we called them. The next day they explained that our paperwork had been misplaced and they would mail an estimate. We did not receive the estimate for another week. Against my intuition, I told them to do the job. Several days later, they sent what appeared to be inexperienced workers. No one came from the company to check their work. They did not run a garden hose around the repairs to check for leaks. Now a month later, we hired another company to repair the drywall in the ceiling of the living room that had been damaged by the leaking water. Before we started the drywall repair, we went into the attic to check that the roof leak had been repaired and unfortunately it had not been repaired. We could see light coming through the roof and water running down the outside of the chimney in the attic. When we called Advanced Roofing LLC, they said they did not have anyone to send to check the roof. We have lost all faith in Advanced Roofing doing the job correctly the second time if they couldn't do it correctly the first time. So we hired a different company to do the job correctly. Advanced Roofing refused to give us a complete or partial refund.
