The technician determined that I had a partial melt down of the hard drive, contacted me upon learning the extent of the damage, provided me with a repair cost and an estimated time of completion. He replaced the hard drive with a better quality unit of the same storage capacity and answered all my questions. He was very courteous and professional and I would highly recommend this service provider to all potential customers.

They really shaped my computer up and did an excellent job. The people there are formally trained and my computer came back to me working better than new. There is a lot of phony companies out there and this company definitely is not one of them.

They were really great and we didn’t have any problems. They did a great job. I have had them come out to my home and perform services. I have also left my system in their place. They are professional and they do quality work. I would recommend them. The price is fair.
