It's a homeowners worst nightmare; away from home, late Friday afternoon and you find out a major outage has occurred at home. The temperature in our home was 81 degrees and climbing. My daughter was watching our two dogs while we were out of town. I was going to need to find a place for all three of them to go if we couldn't get the problem fixed. I knew I was at the mercy of whoever I could contact. I remembered that Carl from my church and Bible study had just opened his HVAC service company. I knew I could trust him. He also was out of town but took my call. Within minutes he had dispatched his technician with their fully stocked repair van to our address. Within 20 minutes of my first call, the problem was diagnosed and resolved. In less than 45 minutes from my first call, problem solved! As a retired airline captain and retired Marine Colonel, I recognize the great operational efficiency and decisive action of the whole crew at Varsity Zone. I can't say enough about them. If you have a problem, trust them to resolve it quickly, properly and for a fair price!

JR did a great job servicing our HVAC unit. He was prompt with his communication and flexibility when I needed to reschedule. Overall it was a great experience and helped us maintain the health of our HVAC unit.
