They are professional and thorough. We have never had an issue with any of his services, so we are very satisfied with his work.

Note that I'm not familiar with average plumbing costs, so some of my price comments/ratings may not be fair. Tony came on Friday & told me the old faucet was not repairable and had to be replaced. I was charged a $49 diagnosis fee, which seemed high for a 10 minute visit. They had a full schedule, so we made an appointment for the following Monday. Originally, the office rep had told me he wouldn't be able to come until Monday afternoon. But that morning she called and said he could come right away. He showed up in 20 minutes and was able to remove the old faucet and install the new one I bought in 45 minutes. Total cost for parts (had to use parts from truck since new faucet pipes were not long enough,) and labor was $133.95 which again seemed high. Luckily, he applied the original diagnosis fee to the final cost of the job. Not sure I understand charging $95 for "installing faucet" and another $25 for labor. Tony was polite and professional and his work was relatively clean.

I had actually used this company before and called them again when one of my toilets suddenly cracked in half and flooded my guest bathroom. I shut the water off and called them right away. They ordered my new toilets with the description I gave of the new ones I wanted over the phone. They were out very quickly to replace both toilets. Every person you deal with at this company is wonderful, and they know the value of good service.
