They charged me $200 for their services. The guy was supposed to do the maintenance on my sprinkler system in July. That’s why I hired him, but he forgot me last year. On July 30th, I called him up and told him that I was having trouble with one of the sprinkler heads. Then we went to another store and had the sprinkler heads fixed. Then I called the sprinkler guy from Turf Pro on Sunday and I got a call back on Monday. He said that he had me on his list to come that week. It was the 5th of August when I called him and I told him that it wasn’t July. So, he said that he was backed up. I told him that I wanted him to run through all the sprinklers to make sure that they were okay. I paid him $400 in spring when he came to open the sprinklers and he never cleaned them at that time. So, I cleaned them. Then he sent me a bill for about $200. That was because he was here for 45 minutes, but they had to charge for an hour. There were two men and that’s why I was charged double. He said that there were two men in the truck. I told him that I would pay him $100. So, I gave him $100 and we are through. I have sort of got the problem resolved, but I don’t have anybody now when I need to open my sprinklers in the spring. I hired Turf Pro a year and a half ago. They put a new pump in when they were here and that cost me a fortune. They opened the sprinklers last year, but didn’t come back in July. I paid them about $1000 for the pump. I did 75% of the job. We used to pay them when they used to come out.
