It was good. One of the things that make me trust a mechanic is when I think something is wrong and he checks it out and say there is something cheap or there is nothing wrong. They had an opportunity to charge me a lot for some repair I didn't need but they don't do it. That is the reason I like them. There has been several times where I thought there was something serious and it turns out they find out it is something simple and cheap.

I was told by the mechanic that the tire rotation was on sale for $50.00 from $99.99, and while the ties were being rotated, I was then told that the tires needed new shocks, which, with the tire rotation I was already receiving included, would be just under $600. I was given the written estimate for the work, however, it included the tire rotation for $99.99, instead of the $50.00 sale price I was paying, so the estimate started with an inflated price (why pay for the full price of the tire rotation by having the shocks replaced when I could get the rotation for half price without the shock replacement?). The parts for the shocks were about $70.00, but the hourly labor rate was way more than double what others in the area charge, which was really what made the total price so high. I won't return since I know that their labor and other charges are much higher than that of others in the same area.

"Dear [member name removed] I'm sorry your visit didn't go as planned, but i'm confused by your comments! Our tire Rotation is $10.00 and comes free with Oil changes! I believe you are thinking wheel alignments? Replacing your shocks is a complete different service then a wheel alignment is, and under no circumstances does replacing your shocks come with the purchase of a wheel alignment. In Our local demographic our labor rate is 5-10 dollars cheaper then our competition, which includes the likes of Goodyear, Firestone, Tire Kingdom. Yes our labor rate is going to be a little more then a smaller facility where they have one guy service righting and performing the service. With our labor rate you get a national warranty, Roadside asst. package while your traveling, and highly trained and maintained personal working on your vehicle. Again i'm sorry your visit didn't go as expected, it falls on our shoulders for not educating you on exactly what service you came in for and also what/why you needed the service we recommended.
