It was good. One of the things that make me trust a mechanic is when I think something is wrong and he checks it out and say there is something cheap or there is nothing wrong. They had an opportunity to charge me a lot for some repair I didn't need but they don't do it. That is the reason I like them. There has been several times where I thought there was something serious and it turns out they find out it is something simple and cheap.

I was told by the mechanic that the tire rotation was on sale for $50.00 from $99.99, and while the ties were being rotated, I was then told that the tires needed new shocks, which, with the tire rotation I was already receiving included, would be just under $600. I was given the written estimate for the work, however, it included the tire rotation for $99.99, instead of the $50.00 sale price I was paying, so the estimate started with an inflated price (why pay for the full price of the tire rotation by having the shocks replaced when I could get the rotation for half price without the shock replacement?). The parts for the shocks were about $70.00, but the hourly labor rate was way more than double what others in the area charge, which was really what made the total price so high. I won't return since I know that their labor and other charges are much higher than that of others in the same area.
