Working with Andrew was a no pressure experience. He helped us hone in on the type of bed we wanted and educated us while we shopped. We got a great bed at a great sale price! A comfortable encounter and would highly recommend their store. We bought two of the Twin Serta Motion Perfect III XL/I Comfort Mattresses which is equivalent to a King. The adjustable bed frames allow our own nest to sleep in with separate adjustments. We cant wait to hit the bed every night! Thank you Andrew and Sweet Dreams!

Mattress shopping is typically not something to look forward to doing.  We've tried firm mattresses,
pillow-top mattresses and ones in between.  Starting the process again was not exciting, but necessary.  Having been dissatisfied with past mattress purchases (and some of the companies selling mattresses!) we searched around
for a local company with good reviews.
Finding Sweet Dreams Mattress and Furniture in Cornelius, NC was a dream come true!  We were fortunate to work with Greg Law, an owner of the company. Greg was knowledgeable, patient (more on that later) and very helpful.
We started our mattress search looking for a firmer mattress than the one we had, and looking for a foam mattress, due to our previous experiences with innersprings.  Shortly into the process we were focusing exclusively on the Tempur-Pedic line, the first company to our knowledge making a temperature sensitive foam mattress. 
We visited Sweet Dreams multiple times, spending time with Greg or other service people, if Greg was busy or not on the
floor.  Each time we visited, we checked a variety of mattresses to see if our earlier opinions were still supported.  Finally, we placed an order, along with an adjustable, motorized foundation. Through all of this weeks-long process, we never felt rushed or
pressured.  Greg was always patient and helpful.
The mattress and foundation arrived and we spent several weeks sleeping on it, but began feeling we had made an error
in picking the firmest mattress  in the Tempur-Pedic line.  So back we went to Greg and Sweet Dreams, not sure of what we might encounter, despite the generous exchange program we had been told about before buying. 
Once again, Sweet dreams was indeed, a dream come true!  Greg was reassuring, told us to take our time (there?s that patience, again!) and helped us sort through the mattress buying process a second time.  We again tried different mattresses of differering
levels of firmness, and spent another few weeks of looking, visiting and returning, to be sure we were on the right path. 
Finally, we came to the conclusion we should switch to a softer Tempur-Pedic, which happened to be less expensive
than the first one we had purchased. Problem?  No.  Without fanfare or difficulty the store refunded us the difference in cost, on the spot, when we placed the order for the second mattress. A week or so later the new mattress was delivered and the first one
removed.  We?ve been sleeping on the new, softer mattress for three weeks now, and believe we have found the one perfect
for us.  Sweet Dreams, indeed!  I recommend them highly.

I do not live close enough to visit the company's stores in North Carolina so I was shopping online.

After extensive comparison shopping online and locally, I purchased from Sweet Dreams. I dealt with Andrew, and he went the extra mile to answer questions knowing full well I might buy elsewhere. Most helpful was his guidance through the thicket of different model names used by retailers to frustrate comparison shoppers. He had the rosetta stone on that one.

I bought from Sweet Dreams for four reasons:

* their customer service is excellent
* they had the model I wanted
* I came to trust them
* they had the best price hands down

Delivery was white glove and fast. And the bed is fabulous--just the combination of firmness and plushness we were looking for and Andrew had described.

BTW, we bought the low-profile foundation since we have a high poster bed. This is highly recommended  since the pre-2000 or so models of these beds were not designed for the deeper foundations and mattresses sold today.

In short: cut to the chase and buy from these folks. You'll be happy you did, and you'll be supporting some very good people.

They were very knowledgeable. We didn't know what we needed, but I described our sleep habits & positions, and they suggested several mattresses. Then they left us alone to spend time on each of them. After testing the mattresses, we spent more time talking to the salesperson and asking lots of questions. They took their time to answer us and didn't pressure us to buy right then. Of course we did, and the mattress & box spring was delivered that following Saturday.

THEY ARE A VERY FRIENDLY PERSONABLE FAMILY RUN ORGANIZATION. THE PEOPLE WHO DELIVERED FOR THEM WAS EQUALLY AS NICE. PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.
