Spot On Roofers

I had no issues with the roof for about 2 years. However, about 4 weeks ago the roof started leaking water eventually causing the sheet rock ceiling in my garage to cave in. My insurance adjuster examined the issue and discovered there were holes in the plywood of my roof. I actually paid Spot on Roofers to replace this plywood when they completed the installation two years ago. I also paid for the roof flashing to be replaced at time of installation but learned recently they did not replace the flashing either. If helpful the holes in the existing plywood are the size of grapefruits in some areas. Spot on Roofers simply put felt paper over the holes and applied shingles. I called Spot on Roofers and they had their inspector come out and he confirmed they that Spot on Roofers was at fault for the plywood and flashing leakage issues. My insurance company is going to cover everything except my $1,000 deductible. Therefore I simply asked the inspector for Spot On Roofers to reimburse me the $1,000 for this deductible. The Spot on Roofers inspector said the owner of Spot on Roofers, Grant Cole, would call me on the upcoming Friday. Friday came and I didn't hear anything from Grant. Grant did call me the next day (Saturday) and said he is on vacation and will call on Monday. I told him that is fine. Grant didn't call me on Monday so I called him back and left a message. Grant then called me back and said I am jeopardizing the chances of having Spot on Roofers help me because I have called him too much. Grant then said he doesn't have to do anything and eventually stated he isn't going to help me at all. Overall, it would be nice to get the $1,000 from Spot on Roofers. If nothing else I just don't want anyone else have to deal with these type of issues or work with Spot on Roofers.

They did everything they said they would in a timely basis and cleaned up after themselves. they had good follow up, too.
