These folks epitomize the way all repair shops should be. It's the ultimate place to go for apprentice repairmen (aka DIYers) like me. They don't sell you parts you don't need. They do go thru the motions and /or provide literature to guide me thru the process.
I'm sure I could get parts cheaper elsewhere, but the advice is well worth the extra expense. I may even put them on my Christmas List someday.

BILL WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EAGER TO HELP THE AVERAGE DO -IT-YOURSELF, GET IT RIGHT. I WAS ABLE TO SAVE A LOT OF MONEY BY NOT REQUIRING A HOUSE CALL.
