Mortgage Companies
I BEGAN GOING THROUGH A SALES REP TO HAVE A HOME BUILT AND HE HAD ME GO THROUGH THE OWNER OF PROFESSIONAL MORTGAGE. HE DIDN'T TELL ME MY INTEREST RATE, THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I WOULD BE BORROWING, HE SAID HE DIDN'T KNOW. HE TOLD ME TO CALL MY SALES REP AND THEN HE TOLD ME TO CALL HIM. I GOT DIFFERENT STORIES FROM THE SALES REP AND A FEMALE EMPLOYEE, IT WAS A MESS. THEY HAVE BEEN UNWILLING TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND HAVE BEEN VERY RUDE WHEN I'VE CONTACTED THEM IN REGARDS TO THIS COMPLAINT. THEY HAVE NOT COMPLETED THE WORK IN THE TIME FRAME THEY HAVE STATED AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A HOUSE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN NON-EXISTENT, THEY NEVER CALLED TO INFORM ME OF THE PROCESS, NOTHING. IT HAS BEEN A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.
