They were great! The carpet looks amazing and they took great care of everything around it. No marks on baseboards. We did the tear out of the old flooring, but they helped us fix the entrance area to the one room we were not replacing with carpet. They were friendly and professional.

He was knowledgeable of where the leak was coming from and working with the insurance company. They had to cut out baseboards use dehumidifiers to get rid of the smell. It looks like new. The sales rep who helped us was very helpful with picking out the carpet and matching colors.
