Primary Care Associates of Lake Norman

We have no problems with them at all. We're very lucky we have doctors there. All the people that we go to, we're very pleased. We've been going there since early 2005. I don't see us going any place else.

I really like her, though her practice is pretty small right now. She is fairly new in this area, and has plenty of time to attend, which is really good. She is very kind and she also takes time to explore different treatment options, like alternative care and traditional care options.

Dr. Michelle Ong is a very good doctor. I haven't been seeing her that long but she seems very knowledgeable.

Dr. Michelle Ong spends a lot of time with you. She is interested, caring, conversational, and thoughtful.

My first appt and each appt since,  have been above average . I am used to waiting anywhere from 15-45 minutes to get into a room then another 15 minutes before the Dr. comes into the room. Each time I have gone to see Dr. Ong I have not waited longer than 10 min to be brought into a room and not more than 5 minutes before she comes into the room. The time spent at my appointment with the Dr. never seems rushed , she has always given me her full undivided attention and acts as though I am her only patient for the day. She explains things in a way that can be understood and seems to really care about your well being.I would recommend her to everyone and anyone who needs a primary care Dr.

I jusr chose the closest place. She is great, she has great bedside manner.

He is very personable. He makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. I had hardly any wait at all. The staff is very professional but friendly. He is very punctual, which isn't what you're used to at a doctor's office. They are always smiling, and they make you feel like you're the only one there.

Once when my daugter was visiting from VA, the baby got sick. Since we decided we did not want to go to the emergency room, I called Dr. Doheny, and he saw my grandchild within an hour. My daughter and son were very impressed with him. He was so gentle and took a lot of time with him and explanation to the parents.

I have been going to him for around 4 years. He is very knowledgeable, and takes care of my health. He is professional, responsive, and the quality of care is good. My overall experience with him has been good.
