Good Builders, Terrible Customer Service. If you like the rebate/refund they offer at sale time - expect to be frequently bothered to sign for a smaller one over and over. A contract is a contract, except when Power Home Solar wants to keep their money. Their "concierge" service can't properly pronounce the word, let alone provide the level of service it entails. If you like repetitive hold music, you can look forward to hours of it. And good luck getting candid answers. It's a shame the excellent products & contractors they offer are trapped behind a wall of incompetent middle-men.
