Lawn Irrigation
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS INDIVIDUAL OR COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY SEEM TO BE A BASIC 'NIGHT FLIGHT' OPERATION. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN WARNING WHEN THEY CONTINUALLY PRESSED ME FOR ADVANCE DRAWS AGAINST THE AGREED COST EARLY INTO THE JOB. DENNIS KEEN ADMITTED THAT HE NEEDED THE ADDITIONAL MONEY IN ORDER TO MAKE PAYROLL FOR THE WEEK. I HAVE ALSO RECEIVED TWO PHONE CALLS FROM THE TOPSOIL PROVIDER COMPLAINING THAT BAD CHECKS WERE ISSUED BY DENNIS KEEN. DENNIS KEEN IS THE OWNER OF PIC IRRIGATION.
