FLOOR WAS UNEVEN, DRYWALL NOT COMPLETE, SHELVING NEVER FINISHED, ETC. F- IS A COMPLIMENT. FILED A GRIEVANCE WITH NC LICENSING BOARD. DOES NOT HAVE A CURRENT CONTRACTING LICENSE.
