Neels Heating And A/C Inc

I have used Neel's Heating and A/C three different times over the past 3 years.  On this particular occasion, my vent was blowing but no cold air was coming out.  I called Neel's mobile, left a message, and he called me back within the hour. He explained that he had several work orders before mine ( I think he had around 15 orders that day, due to the weather- and the fact that it was the first warm weekend of the season- so most people around here had turned on their A/C for the first time (so many, like myself, suddenly realized it wasn't working). He assured me that he would be out as soon as he could, he told me it would probably be a couple of days (which was fine, since I told him it wasn't an emergency or anything) and that he does service in the order the calls are received.  That's only fair that he take calls in the order he receives them. He called the day before he came out, he called when he was on the job before mine, told me where he was, and let me know the approximate time he expected to be here. He came out exactly when he said he would. 
  Neel and his helper were both so professional. I looked out my bathroom window once as he was entering the crawlspace, he didn't know I was looking, and I was impressed that he remembered my Dog's name and was giving him a friendly pat on the head. He finished the job, it was something fairly simple and quick- the A/C run capacitor (sp?) was shorted out, he replaced it. I thought his price was very fair, because $125 included his trip, the labor, and the part. What really impresses me about Neel is his friendly, courteous, and professional manner, and I also feel like he is one of the most trustworthy people I've ever come across. Highly recommend him!
