NC GARAGE DOORS

Frank was very easy to work with, patient, punctual and did a very nice (clean) job of installing the new garage door. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.

The service man arrived on time, fixed the door (new rollers) as well as the keypad (new battery installed; I never could get that cover off!) and checked and aligned everything so that the door works like new again. I am very happy with this company.

Fantastic! Frank was actually able to come out a day earlier than originally anticipated; great news because having to manually open/close the door was getting old fast... Great communication, on time, repair was done quickly and professionally - all for what we felt was a reasonable price. You can tell Frank knows his stuff when it comes to garage door repairs. Frank was absolutely terrific.  He arrived when he said he would, told me exactly what type of garage door motor I needed, then was able to get me some money back from the manufacturer for a promotion they were running.  I was able to get a better motor than I had been looking at, all due to Frank.

Frank was great!  He came the same day as I called, was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts with him to fix it quickly.  The door was fixed and he was finished in maybe 45 minutes total.  Friendly, polite and professional.  Great job.

Frank had the parts on his van to replace the wall unit that was defective. He also performed maintenance on all three garage doors. He was a pleasure to deal with and arrived at my home exactly when he said he would. I will definitely call him again for any issues I have with my garage doors.

Frank, the owner, is very knowledgeable and efficient. He communicated clearly, and answered all of our questions. He has the ability to take credit cards, which was really nice. He also set me up with rebates for the manufacturer I chose.

Frank came out quickly, did the repair and offered suggestions on how to improve the stability of the door. An excellent overall job.

The spring on our 14-yr old garage door broke, causing it to come crashing down. Fortunately, the cars were out. We called Frank, who came out the next day. He replaced the spring and rollers, indicated that the motor and sensors were aging and gave us a quote to replace them. We called another provider, who was in the same price range for the motor and sensors. We were pleased with Frank's work, so called him back for the replacement. We scheduled the work for later in the week, and Frank did a great job. The door is so quiet now, and smoothly functioning!

In the future, we will only call NC Garage Doors for our repair or replacement garage needs! I called Frank at 9:30 and he was here by 12:30. He was very professional, honest, and fast. He looked over both units and gave an honest estimate of what was needed. Our doors are 11 yrs old and gave an estimate of how much it would cost to replace the doors when the time came. This estimate was so much cheaper than the other estimates I've seen on Angie's List. You will be happy you go with this company!

I would definitely recommend and use NC Garage doors again. Frank came out within a few hours of my door springs breaking and replaced the springs within an hour.. He even oiled the door hinges, track, opener etc. He also fixed something that I messed up while attempting to fix it myself for no additional charge.

Frank came out the same day we called, was ontime and very professional. He fixed our issues and had the part we needed on hand so we did not need to order and wait. Very pleased.

They came out to our house (in Waxhaw) in record time - all the way from up in Mooresville. I was impressed that they knew what they were doing and did a great job in just the way they said they would. Their bill also seemed very reasonable to me, especially for the time they spent just getting to our house!

Great. Called because door had not been opening without guidance. Frank came to assess the problem the same day that I called. He determined the problem, gave me a price and told me that he could fix it the next day. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. The repairs took about two hours and all has been working very well ever since.

Our garage door failed late on a Friday night with the door becoming crooked and bending the rails. The door was wedged (on one side ) behind the rail. My neighbor and I removed several parts and pryed it closed securing it with a clamp. I thought we had probably done as much damage as possible just trying to close it and feared the worst. Called Frank at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday and he arrived at 10:00 a.m. I showed him the door and I held my breath awaiting a laundry list of things that would have to be done. Frank assessed the situation and told me it would be no problem to fix it that day. Frank gave me the estimate (115.00) which shocked me because I was expecting a much higher figure. Having recently had some horrible luck with repairs, I am happy to know that there are still reputable and competent professionals out there. I would call him again in a heartbeat and plan to recommend him to any friends needing garage door service.

He cleaned up after he was completed and will use him in the future for a new garage door. He also wasn't pushy about purchasing a garage door. He said to contact him when we are ready to purchase one and gave us some suggestions.
