The gentleman is courteous, professional and a pleasure to do business with. He received pictures of the window and clearly understood what he needed to do, unlike the shark like attitude of some of the larger glass businesses who won't give you even a ball park estimate unless they send someone on site. His price was fair. This experience reminds me to support small businesses before they are run out of business by large chains.

The price was fair. The service took about a week and he delivered the glass to us.

Called and initial repair went smoothly. After the install, I noticed the glass was warped. After lots of phone tag, missed appointments, rescheduled appointments, more phone tag, the windshield was replaced free of charge.

Overall, you cant go wrong with MY Glassman. Willie is a great person to deal with. His prices are fair, his workmanship is excellent and he shows up when he says he will. Thank you Willie from all the guys at Carolina Auto Direct and Carolina Auto Care Center.

Called several auto glass service companies and compared prices, quality/source of glass, reputation on Angie's List and ability to respond quickly. My Glassman was responsive, informative, uses only high quality OEM glass and was able to come to my house to replace the windshield the very next morning. He was on time, pleasant, worked diligently, charged exactly what he had estimated and did the work well. Would use again, but I hope we don't have occasion to replace any more glass!

My window was vandalized Friday evening
and I called Sat morning saying I needed my car repaired by noon
to be able to use it.
At first they said it was impossible, which was fine, that was asking a lot
then 5 minutes later they called back, said they had rescheduled their morning
so they could accommodate me. They arrived within 45 minutes
made the repair, removed broken glass from all over the car-
were professional, efficient and prompt

this turned an upsetting happening into a fairly easy fix
I recommend this company highly.This is how I wish all

Outstanding service from start to finish. I called and Willie gave me a price over the phone. He said he would come by later that day and would call before he came. He called about 10 minutes before arrival and did the repair at my home. He is extremely professional, his price was very fair, and the quality of the repair was excellent.

This was my first experience with getting damage like this repaired, and I fully expected to have to spend a couple of hours of my day today driving somewhere and waiting while the work was done. Instead, it was repaired on the spot with zero inconvenience to me. I I would recommend Willie without reservation.
