the only reason I gave b,s were that he got a late start on the job. I needed it done right away and it ended up taking several weeks. this being rental property , time is money.
This building is a duplex built in 1953, and had multiple layers of flooring, including some tiles with asbestos, that had to be removed prior to sanding. I understand this made the job take longer than anticipated. There was also pet damage in the form of black stain, that had to be sanded out.
all in all it was a tough job, and the floors look 100 percent better.
