It took 8 weeks to install a simple 3 piece shower wall/door. The first quote was with wrong measurements and $400 too high. Next, a better quote was given and the final measurements made by Joe. Then there was a delay because the glass was cut wrong where the brackets attach. After that, the wall glass was cut 3/4" out of square. Next the job was installed but the door knob is 48.5" above the floor and 8" above the half wall cap. My wife is 4'11" tall and the knob is neck height on her. MGM refuses to fix the problem. The knob location is obviously a random height and never thought out. We have a beautiful bathroom remodel and were highly satisfied with tile, countertop, etc but not the glass. Better to find someone else.

Very good. It took a bit longer given there was severe winter weather that shut down CLT for a few days, but once they could get back safely (external ladders & snow) they did so. Our job was prioritized.

Great price and very quick service

The company replaced 4 seal-failed skylights in our home. They were quick to respond to my request for an estimate, and the work was completed efficiently. Happy with the work and would hire again.

Cooperative, timely, reasonable price, good quality

This company was great! I had a large mirror in the master bath that had come loose and started sliding down behind the vanity. They set the appointment for the next day and called an hour before coming to the house. The guys where able to save the mirror and re-install it properly so this would not happen again. They also did the little things like caulking to seal out water from going behind the mirror and cleaning. They get an A in my book!! Thanks Ben and Eric.

We went to 2 glass and mirror companies in the area to get prices and availablity. We chose Mooresville Glass because we felt better about there quality of work, there willingness to give us options and their facilities and personnel looked more professional. We gave them pictures and dimensions for all the pieces to get the correct sizes.Please be aware Mooresville Glass does not take credit cards, nor debit cards. They only take cash or in state checks, and make certain you take your drivers license with you.We worked with Tim who cut the glass, cut the hole and loaded the glass in our vehicle. Tim had wonderful customer service skills and gave us points on carrying the glass, and proper care.

Excellent service from our visit to office / showroom, measurement at our home, to final installation. We have limited glass and mirror requirements at our home, but everyone at Mooresville gave us first class treatment.
