They do any work that I need done on my car. They are reliable and timely. The service advisers were great. They got me out in under 35 minutes and I dropped off my car the night before. I don’t have any complaints.

Very smooth....very professional...very thorough. Josh Kreinbrink is an most competent, courteous, attentive, pro-active professional. It is amazing how he recognizes and greets customers by their name, cuts through any administrative wait. He knows exactly what to do, where to go, keeps you informed. It is often apparent there are other customers he and staff are working with but Josh never is harried and gives me the the most friendly attention as if I'm the only one there. He knows my Ford Advantage account as if it was tracked as soon as I pulled up. The quality of service, attention to detail, a knowledgeable staff and comfortable/friendly atmosphere is just the reliability and confidence I need that will bring me back to Mooresville Ford. I wouldn't put my precious automobile in anyone else's care but Josh Kreinbrink at Mooresville Ford. Oh yes, one more thing...he answers my questions with such respect.....as I often realize some are very basic but not initially to me. Yes, confidence, respect, reliability and courtesy are worth repeating as that is why I return and will always recommend Mooresville Ford.
