First of all, I was beyond impressed with Mr. Megenedy's communication. He always promptly responded to my texts and phone calls. In addition, the morning of work, he would text to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional - setting up his work area, working, and then cleaning up when he was done. His work was wonderful - our house was under contract in 8 days!!! Finally, his prices were very fair.
