Mattresses
Within a week of having the mattress, it pinched a nerve in my hip. They told me to flip it around and it dislocated my hip. I called them back and they told me that I had to keep it for 30 days before they would honor any warranty. After the 30 days, they sent me some forms for the warranty and I found out I was sold a prototype. I sent in the paperwork with some money so they could come check my mattress to make sure it was still clean. I tried to get a refund on my mattress and they said they wouldn't refund me because I signed a waiver stating no refunds. It seems that they get you in the sale and then tell you about all the problems or make it impossible to get refunded.
