 + -1 moreWithin a week of having the mattress, it pinched a nerve in my hip. They told me to flip it around and it dislocated my hip. I called them back and they told me that I had to keep it for 30 days before they would honor any warranty. After the 30 days, they sent me some forms for the warranty and I found out I was sold a prototype. I sent in the paperwork with some money so they could come check my mattress to make sure it was still clean. I tried to get a refund on my mattress and they said they wouldn't refund me because I signed a waiver stating no refunds. It seems that they get you in the sale and then tell you about all the problems or make it impossible to get refunded.
Description of Work: I went and explained that I had a lot of problems with my back and asked for a recommendation on mattresses. I bought a mattress set from them.
