It went very well. The end result was great. There was one person in their crew that was unprofessional. They didn't bring him backt the following day. Everything was great. The end product is great. We got it from a hardware store so it kind of inflated the price a ltitle bit. If I was unhappy about anything, it would be the price but we were in a hurry to get it done. and all the people that have been recommended to me have been booked. I'll probably do a little more price-shopping again but if I was in a hurry and I needed somebody in there now, I would use them. In the future I have the luxury of doing some price shopping for somebody who is a little bit more of my price range who is available. They were good. I didn't have a negative experience with them. We had no problems. Bill was everything I hoped for in the contractor process.

Bill did our master bathroom in September 2009 and we were so pleased we asked him to do a guest bathroom. We called Bill and he provided input to granite and tile selection and then started the the work as scheduled. Removal of wall tile is a messy project but Bill was careful to cover carpets and floor to minimize the dust that is created when removing dry wall; his work covered 3/4 days and he cleaned up the work area every evening. Bill is an expert with tile and we are just as pleased with the result as we were with our master bathroom. Bill uses a Home Remodeling one-man business to take care of the plumbing, electrical and carpentry needs. We were happy with that arrangement as Bill takes care of the scheduling and payment of the remodeler. While we did not have tile work done in a second bathroom, Bill included the plumbing and electrical work that was done in that bathroom. For anyone interested in remodeling a bathroom we highly recommend giving Bill a call.

We are very pleased with the remodeled bath room. We have been wanting to get the work done but needed some design ideas. Bill gave us suggestions on his first visit and we were convinced he was the right guy for the job. Our friends recommended him and Bill sent us photos of bathrooms he remodeled. Bill provied recommendations of where to pick out tile, where to buy granite and where to get the glass shower enclosure. The total job took about 7/8 days. Most of the dirty work was during the first two days when the tub and old tile was removed--dry wall dust every where. Bottom line we are very pleased --Bill did an excellent job with the tile ; in fact when the glass company came to measure for the enclosure he commented on the tile job said he would bet that Bill Lowell did the work.

I have used Mr. Bill Lowell in the past. He always does a great job. He is so experienced. He knows exactly what to do. He does not stumble around. He does really a professional job. He is really fast to get it done.

INSTALLED CERAMIC TILE IN FOYER, KITCHEN, POWDER ROOM. MARBLED MASTER BATH. GOOD WORKMANSHIP. CLEAN UP WAS POOR, BUT, OTHERWISE HE'S THE BEST.

DID THE INSPECTION OF THE HOME I SOLD AND THE CONDO I BOUGHT. HES VERY NICE, THOROUGH, EASY TO TALK TO AND SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS WITH HIM.
