LOVULLO CONSTRUCTION

ALL WORK WAS DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY MANNER. HE URGED ME TO THOROUGHLY INSPECT HIS WORK IN ORDER TO ASSURE MY SATISFACTION. HE CLEANED UP WITHOUT BEING ASKED. THREE DAYS LATER HE CALLED TO ASK IF EVERYTHING WAS SATISFACTORY. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Steve came immediately to give me an estimate to finish and pain drywall already in place, then started the job the next day. He and a helper even worked on Saturday evening and Sunday. He got all work done in a timely manner, then quoted and did additional drywall repair/replacement, and painting. He was very neat and cleaned as he went. He takes pride in doing an excellent job. Steve is scheduled to do additional work for me, and has offered to pick up the trim and crown molding which he will paint. He recommended a carpenter to install these. I am very comfortable leaving Steve in my home alone when necessary. Steve does what he says he will do - when he says he will do it. He even made a special trip to my home at 7 a.m. before heading to another job, because my cabinet installers were coming and I had forgotten to have Steve hang a piece of sheetrock! Thanks for the recommendation - I will always call on Lovullo when I need the services they provide.

Steve was great to work with. He returned my initial call within ten minutes. He always met me when it worked for my schedule. He is very polite and very proud of his work.

This is the second time we have contracted with this company to complete this type of work. Steve is very professional and takes great pride in his work. We were very pleased with the quality of his work and expect to hire him again. I would recommend him highly!

Steve was always professional. He was on time, communicated openly and honestly and did a great job. His work was precise and he had some good suggestions and ideas to make our bathroom look better. I would highly recommend Steve - he did an excellent job painting our bathroom and we will use him again in the future.

STEVE WAS FANTASTIC. I THOUGHT HIS PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE, HE SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, EVEN WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO GET ME AN ESTIMATE IN A VERY SHORT TIME FRAME. THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK, AS WELL AS ANTONIO'S, WHO DID MOST OF THE FINISHING, WAS EXCEPTIONAL. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH WONDERFUL THINGS ABOUT THESE GUYS. AND WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.

AFTER UNDERSTANDING MY SITUATION, STEVE SUGGESTED A NICE OFF-WHITE COLOR WITH WHICH I HAVE BEEN INCREDIBLY PLEASED. ASIDE FROM DEMONSTRATING AN IN DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT HE WAS DOING, STEVE WAS VERY FLEXIBLE IN WORKING WITH MY CONSTANTLY CHANGING AND OVERLOADED SCHEDULE. ALSO VERY PERSONABLE AND POLITE. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THIS TRANSACTION AND WILL BE CONTINUING TO USE HIM IN THE FUTURE.

THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE SHEET OF DRYWALL. HIS PATCH WON'T BE NOTICEABLE AT ALL ONCE THE WALL IS PAINTED. HE WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE THE JOB WITHIN A COUPLE DAYS OF PROVIDING THE ESTIMATE. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL UPON HIM AGAIN.

STEVE CAME OUT AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND WORKED VERY HARD TO GET THE WORK DONE WITHIN OUR TIMEFRAME. HE HAD TWO WORKERS WHO WERE VERY POLITE AND WORKED HARD. OVERALL, IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES WE HAVE HAD WITH CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.

THERE WAS A QUICK RESPONSE TO MY INITIAL INQUIRY AND A PROMPT START AND COMPLETION. THEY FOLLOWED-UP TO ENSURE OUR SATISFACTION. THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH STEVE'S WORK AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM IN THE FUTURE.

STEVE WORKED HARD AND WELL. IN ADDITION, HE IS BRIGHT AND GREGARIOUS AND GOT ALONG GREAT WITH US. HE DOES DRYWALL, PAINTING, FRAMING, ACOUSTIC TREATMENTS AND REMODELING. I RECOMMEND HIM WITHOUT RESERVATION!!
