Horrible.  Josh Lique did  not responded to emails, phone calls, and text messages after starting projects now 6 months ago and committing to two jobs at our home. I would say that he is over 5 months overdue, but he ABANDONED the project, and it is yet undone.  He lied to us about ordering windows, and forced us to over-commit to the payment terms.  He made it clear by packing up his tools, closing his website, Facebook page, and not responding, that he abandoned the project and will not fulfill his obligation to completing commitments to finish our kitchen and garage projects.
In hindsight we learned he did not pull permits or have it inspected as directed.
He lied, betrayed and deceived us. He brought a criminal "helper" into our home (who allegedly stole his tools), and subjected our family to undo stress, hardship, and inconvenience.  We had given him the benefit of the doubt and countless opportunities to make this right, he have failed to follow through on commitments time and time again.  We are in the process of telling our story to as many organizations and people that will listen to ensure Josh Lique and LKN Residential Services will not harm anyone else.

I had a very "economical" fencing job done that included gates that became dysfunctional any time it rained. Josh priced a proper gate system that would reuse my existing hardware and function as I meant for the previous one to. He showed up on time with a helper and everything he needed and knocked out a new gate in a few hours that has functioned better than I thought possible. It is good enough to draw attention and praise from all of my family members that were sick of the previous gate. The impression I got from Josh's work on the gate was enough for me to bring him back to price some other repairs.
