Reasonable prices quoted for motherboard replacement, $246 parts/labor (10-14 business days) or $364 for rush shipping (3 days) parts/labor- written prices quoted. If repair needed within 30 days, no added charge for another service call.

After having several people look at our gas range but not know how to fix the low flame/heat problem Sean figured out the problem quickly and new the solution.  It is now working wonderfully for the first time since it was installed.  He also gave us a test to do on the dryer which showed the problem.  It was an old dryer so it made sense to buy a new one given the problem.

Mr. Lewis arrived on time and assessed the the problem. A part had to be ordered that would take a week or better to come in. He touched base during that time to keep us up to date. Issue was resolved when the part came in and we are back in good working order. Mr Lewis was very professional and thorough. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Sean did a great job on the repair.  He was very professional, cheerful, and courteous.  Within 10 minutes of arriving, he had the dryer completely disassembled and the problem diagnosed. He carefully explained the cost to replace the part, so I knew exactly what the cost would be before he performed the work.  After another 20 minutes or so, he had the part installed and the dryer reassembled.  He worked so fast that it was obvious to me that he has done this many times before.   I was very pleased with the service and I would not hesitate to call again.

I called Lake Norman Appliance Repair on Friday morning when I realized the temperature indicator on my 9 year old GE Profile refrigerator was 10 degrees higher than usual.  Sean was able to come out that same afternoon and after analyzing the temperatures inside the fridge, determined it was actually at a normal temperature and it is likely a sensor issue.  He explained possible causes but ultimately suggested we replace the refrigerator entirely rather than try to swap out costly parts.  I appreciated his professionalism and will definitely call them again when we have future appliance repair needs.
