It went very well. Job completed in 3 hrs. builders were friendly, good craftsmanship, cleaned up everything and met all expectations.

Mark came out to give me an estimate for a new deck and to install a fireplace and paver patio. The job for the deck went very quickly. The job for the fireplace was over two months. It was not of their fault. We had rain it seemed everyday.

There was some little details I wanted changed on the deck , and AJ took care of those the same day I brought it to his attention.

I have some other projects that I will be contacting them to take care of. Its nice to have a local company that you can trust to not try and sell you on something you don't need.

Excellent. Mark and his crew were very professional and great to work with. He went the extra step to ensure the new deck would not disrupt the existing septic drain field. Highly recommend his company.

Mark was extremely professional!  He returned calls, emailed quotes when he said he would and best of all showed up when he said he'd be there.  Even when we had to call him out for a malfunctioning gate on the eve of Thanksgiving, he made sure someone was here to take care of it.  I absolutely recommend his company and services.

We could not be happier with the work Mark and his employees did with our deck and patio. Mark came out personally and listened to our wants and asked us questions to clarify our needs. Mark walked us through the process of picking out materials at his gallery/office and explained the different costs in material choices. We got several quotes and felt his was the fairest for the job that we wanted.
Other than a rain day (which was, of course. beyond his control), all the work was performed at or before the expected times. Although the work has just been finished, I feel that Mark would come back and address any concerns we might have in the future. We plan to use him again for some interior work as we appreciate his candidness and attention to detail.

This was the first time I used the Kennedy Home Improvement and I was very satisfied with the experience.  They did not go over the estimate they quoted for the job.  They were on time and very professional.  They even offered tips on how to stain the wall, as we wanted it to look like old barn wood.

The project was done quickly and properly. During the installation he found that the step stringers were rotten and needed to be replaced. The cost over run for this was very reasonable. He also found additional wood that needed to be replaced but that didn't affect the structure of the porch and can be done in the future. We will do that soon in 2013.
When they left our property it looked like they were never here. Clean up was excellent.
If you have any construction projects - inside or out - we suggest that you call them first!

I initially contacted this provider through a personal referral. The job was started when promised and completed on schedule with no problems in materials or installation identified. The fencing installers were courteous and methodical and addressed immediately any concerns that I raised as the project progressed. Having researched other fencing companies and their products and obtaining several estimates prior to signing a contract with this provider, I am satisfied that I used the right company to install the type of fence that I wanted.

The windows look great. He left the excess material and recommended that I could sell it back, which I did and made about $100.
