Jeff came the same afternoon I called him since I was without a fridge. He gave me a quote on the phone and charged less than A&E. He was more thorough than A&E in testing the fridge and very knowledgeable.

ASKED FOR A DEPOSIT FOR PARTS, WHICH WEREN'T ORDERED PROMPTLY. HE DID NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT FOR MY $100 DEPOSIT OR THE WORK HE PERFORMED. DID NOT RESPOND PROMPTLY TO MY CALLS, NOR WILL HE RESPOND NOW. THE WASHER SOUNDS LIKE A RAGGED TRUCK. POLITE, BUT NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
