My mom's water heater started leaking so I ordered a new one and called Cory to have it installed. He let me know he was on his way to her house. I met him there. He removed the old water heater, carried it off, picked up the parts he needed for the new install (changed from tank to tankless), mounted and hooked up the new one. Very pleased with his work and professional, gentle manner.

Cory installed a tankless water heater for me. He was very knowledgeable of the Rinnai product line and proposed several options. He arranged the electricians and scheduled the inspections promptly. All work was completed quickly and professionally. He answered all my questions and took time to explain things to me I have since hired him to do more plumbing work for me. I would highly recommend him.

Stayed true to price quotes on the phone and addressed a second issue without changing the price point. Super attitude. He was late arriving prompting me to call to confirm he was still coming. Another job had run long. It would have been good to get a proactive call. Certainly nothing that would keep me from hiring him again. As a matter of fact, I ve actually asked for a quote for another project already.
