Scott shows up, does the work, advises of anything I need to do to improve the lawn and there is not much more to say ... I have had a great experience having Scott care for my yard.

Overall experience POOR.Big talker, but did very little. After an in depth consultation with him I had to hire others to come and trim trees and remove brush. There was no follow up by him to do the things that were part of my reason for change of landscape services to him.He actually refused to trim two small hedges due to and quot;not enough timeand quot;, yet did charge me for an application of a fungicide that was of questionable need. I ended up borrowing a hedge trimmer to do the trim myself.I had agreed to pay an extra hourly rate to get my yard presentable. He worked twice: the first time he wasted with his and quot;chemical manand quot;, and the second time the trim/mow/ fungicide/adios. Each time maybe 45 minutes tops.Lazy and B.S. do not do well with me.
Response from Great Scotts Lawn Care
"The report is factually inaccurate and designed to damage my reputation. The arrangement was made for monthly service consisting of 4 visits per month. At each visit, the lawn was to be cut, trimmed with string trimmer, edged and blown clean. Any and all other services were to be taken care of as separate jobs and scheduled as such. On each of our 2 visits to the property, additional work was performed at no additional charge. While at the property, a tree company was actively engaged in trimming the hedges. The property owner asked that we trim two shrubs. We had already spent additional time (at no charge) removing heavily rooted plants as a courtesy to the homeowner. This had cost enough time that we were at risk of not having enough time to complete the remainder of scheduled work for other customers. This was explained to the customer along with a promise to take care of this extra work on our next visit at no charge. Later that evening, an email was received stating that he no longer wanted our services., I emailed back asking if there was an issue that we could work out, but received no reply. We respect our customer's time and requests and always go the extra mile. It is very important to us to be on time, do the job right and leave the cutomer happy. Had we stayed additional time to do the trimming after already giving 45 minutes additional work at no charge, we would have been unable to provide the rest of our customers with the service they have come to expect."
