When purchasing my house, the inspector noticed some issues with the roof of our sun room. Brent Lipe of First Class Roofing and Gutters was hired to clean and seal around the skylights and seams. I have an invoice from Brent detailing a one year warranty including labor for his work. Immediately after moving in, we began experiencing leaks in our sun room roof. I have repeatedly called the number on the invoice (the same number listed here) and Brent has never answered. I have left a message with each call. Brent has never called me back. From what I can tell, he does poor work and does not honor his warranty. I would strongly advise against hiring him.

I was very pleased with the results. We have had several heavy rain storms since the job was completed and have not developed any leaks. The entire First Class Roofing crew took their job seriously. I would say their work was characterized by professionalism, courtesy, experience, punctuality, and a desire to please the customer. I would not hesitate using this company again in the future.

They were polite and professional. There was no horsing around, they got the job done fast. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone.
